Fused glass workshop
Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday

Each session lasts 2 hours.
Included in the session fee is enough glass to make a sun catcher or ring dish.
As a beginner you will learn a basic overview of glass fusion and further visits will extend your knowledge.
You'll learn to score and cut glass by hand and progress the complexity of this skill with each visit.
You will create your own artwork - we don't follow a curriculum, you are not restricted.
Small pieces/scrap glass are included in your session fee, however it is likely you will want larger pieces or specific colours, so plan to budget an additional £6 approximately for materials per visit.
Your work will be kiln fired and ready for collection 7 days later. We will hold it for 1 month before recycling it.
It's always a good idea to take photos of your work on the day to help at collection.
If you wear spectacles, don't forget them!
Please wear closed in shoes. If you wear sandals, glass splinters in your feet are very likely.
You are welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee throughout your session.
There is free parking directly outside our unit (number 8) If that is full please park in the overflow carpark directly opposite. Please do not park outside other units.
