Creating connections is a weekly health and wellbeing art group aimed at providing a fun way to meet new people and build friendships.
We aim to alleviate feelings of isolation and improve the well-being of our group members by using creative arts, peer support and workshops.
The creativity based structure of the sessions provides the foundation for members socialise and gain confidence in an environment where everyone is valued.
Each session is tutor lead, they will facilitate a fun workshop, in a calming and relaxing environment. The group is inclusive and open to everyone.

Painting, ink, drawing, wire work, fused glass, stained glass, acrylic pouring, ceramics, enamelling, crochet, silver jewellery, needle felting, wet felting and so much more.

The group is free to attend and we meet on a Tuesday 2-4pm There are 10 places and we are currently full.
